We’re happy to hear that you are busy renovating, but it would be best to do the renovations later at night or have extra staff at the reception. I was not pleased with how your staff at reception handled my checkout. I was in a quee and I am asthmatic and she was the only staff member available. I even suggested getting someone to assist, as I could not wait for long due to the workers at the door drilling and the dust being unpleasant for my health. She seemed quite annoyed. Eventually, I had to wait to hand over my key for checkout. Additionally, it would be beneficial to remove the carpets in the hallways near the rooms. Garden Court is my favorite hotel for me and my family. Whenever I travel, I always choose Garden.

The hotel is under the Southern Sun Group. The location is great (6 mins shuttle traveling distance), with free hotel shuttle bus operated every 15 mins 24 hours, which is handy and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is nice with this price near airport and the size is okay. We had a good sleep before taking flight on the other day. The choice of the breakfast buffet is affluent, appreciate with the tasty omelette and hot pancake made to order. There is a outdoor pool outside the dining area, a pity that not able to enjoy it. Overall I recommend this hotel to those who just arrive or about to depart Johannesburg.

Ask for fridge but never had/showed up also not responding from staff. Entrance at gates- guard must make it clear to guests that the same ID must be used for entrants as well when exit the premises. In our case- Entrance Driver flying out of country the 9th and rest of guests had a unpleasant experience because the driver ID don't compare the Entrance ID. Previously never had that situation. Know Garden Court place GOOD security of guests first but had to take it up with guest with entance. Thanks Best Wishes

The Irish restaurant is a great vibe and good food. The only thing that I think you can considering is adding on 1 Afrikaans channel on your DSTV package. Perhaps, Kyknet?
